Copyright for the design and drawings prepared by or on behalf of the Designer belong to the Designer. Plans, sketches, drawings, graphic representations and specifications, including computer generated designs, are instruments of the Architect’s service and shall remain the property of the Designer whether the Project for which they are made is executed or not. Submissions or distribution of the Designer’s plans, sketches, drawings, graphic representations and specifications to meet official regulatory requirements or for other purposes in connection with the Project are not to be construed as publication in derogation of the Designer’s reserved rights. The Client’s use of the Designer’s design and drawings is contingent upon full payment to the Designer’s for services rendered.
